Easy Healthy Sweets

Healthy sweets are snacks that are made from natural products in all its goodness, riches, flavor, and sweetness. Instead of consuming harmful substances when having a sweet tooth, you can make some easy healthy sweets.

The benefits attributed to them are immeasurable. Like improving the blood sugar level and also balance it at the same time, nourishes and provides adequate vitamins, minerals, fibers, and protein for the body. Believe it or not, after eating these sweets it quenches your hunger.

There are varieties of sweets that can be for eating on the go, from the comfort of your home and offices, or simply as a dessert for parties. Let’s pertain to some of them!

● Dark Chocolate Bars:

Everyone loves chocolate, but it is the type of chocolate we eat that matters. Dark Chocolate bars that contain at least 70 percent calories, rich in antioxidant phytonutrients, vitamins, calcium, and magnesium is good for the body. So if you didn’t know about this, toss that regular chocolate into the trash and go get you a dark chocolate bar.

● Greek yogurt parfait:

The word parfait meaning “perfect” was coined in France many years ago. This sweet can be made from various recipes but the most common is the Greek yogurt parfait. It is sweet, healthy, and easy to prepare. Practically made from a line up of your favorite fruits( could be any), granola, and Greek yogurt well dressed in a jar.

● Smoothie:

Smoothie is any healthy drink made from raw fruits, blended into a smooth or chunky texture. The best part about a smoothie is, it can be homemade.

If you have a fruit that has probably been in the fridge for a while and doesn’t know what to use it for, a smoothie is a great idea.

● Ice Cream:

You don’t necessarily have to get ice cream from a shop. Surely, it can be given rise to with the right immediate ingredients and procedure

● Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies:

This is one of the most healthy sweets especially if you’re on a diet. This masterpiece can be prepared with shredded zucchini oats, chocolate chips, yogurt, egg, flour, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.

● Fruits:

Naturally, fruits come in numerous sizes, shapes, and flavors. Sometimes added to a meal or eaten after a meal. I bet you didn’t know that with a bite of an apple all your cravings are gone. Furthermore, it is a hundred percent healthful.

● Granola:

Granola is a delicious snack made from the finest nuts and oats coupled with honey or sugar as you desire. It is baked until it gets crispy, toasted, and very brown. Note that the process requires regular checking to prevent it from burning while in the oven.

Granola is best served in a parfait or used for other toppings.
