Healthy Dessert Recipes With Chocolate

Chocolate Chip Cookies with Kale

Ingredients (10-12 cookies)

  • Oat/ White Flour – 1 cup (125 g)
  • Baking soda – ½ tsp.
  • Salt – ½ tsp.
  • Unrefined sugar – ½ cup
  • Choco Chips – ½ cup
  • Milk – 2 tbsp.
  • Oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp.
  • Raw Kale/ Spinach- 1 cup

Preparation

The whole process takes under half an hour. Put all the ingredients in a bowl save for the Kale. Mix it all and make the dough. The consistency on the dough will need some adjustments, so add a little extra milk (of any kind) if you need it. Make sure to preheat the oven up to 325 F. Roll the dough into small balls and put them on the baking tray. Remove the cookies from the oven after 11 minutes. They will look undone at this time. To make them perfect, cool them for 10 minutes, and they are ready.

Chocolate Aquafaba Mousse 

Ingredients

  • Dairy-Free Dark Chocolate – 6 oz.
  • Unsalted chickpeas – 15 oz.
  • Cream of tartar – ¼ tsp.
  • Coconut sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – ¼ tsp.
  • Fresh Raspberries – A few
  • Coconut Flakes – ½ cup

Preparation 

Chop up the chocolate and melt it in a bowl over boiling water. Stir the chocolate until completely melted. Get it off the heat and cool it. Drain the chickpeas and reserve the liquid. Mix ¾ cup of this aquafaba with cream of tartar and blend at high speed for 7-10 minutes. When soft peaks form, add vanilla, salt, sugar and mix well. Add the melted chocolate to this mixture and fold until everything combines. Then, add the remaining ¼ cup aquafaba and fold again. Refrigerate the mousse for 3 hours. Serve it with coconut fillings and raspberries.

Healthy Smoothies Recipe

Pumpkin Pie Green Smoothies

Ingredients

  • Frozen ripe banana – 1 small
  • Pumpkin puree – ¼ cup
  • Organic spinach – 1 large handful
  • Almond/ Coconut Milk (unsweetened) – ¾ cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice – ½ tsp.
  • Vanilla powder – 2 tbsp.

Preparation

The easiest recipe in the list, it takes only a total of 10 minutes. Put all of the ingredients into the mixer and blend until smooth.
