1 cup sugar (replace with stevia leaves extract for sugar-free enjoyment)
6 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup lightly packed fresh basil
3/4 cup lemon juice (from about 4 lemons)
Take the sugar along with 1 cup water in a saucepan and heat it at high temperature till the sugar dissolves while stirring it occasionally. Then add the basil leaves, remove from heat, cover it, and let it steep for 15 minutes. Strain the resulting syrup into another bowl and discard the leaves. Put it in the refrigerator till it becomes cold. Now, in a blender, put frozen berries puree, lemon juice, and the cooled basil leaves syrup, and blend until the mix becomes smooth. Finally, put this blend into a pan and place it in the freezer till it becomes frozen enough for scooping. In case it becomes too hard, let it thaw for a while and then scoop. Your refreshing basil-berry lemonade sorbet is ready!

22 Key limes or 4 to 5 regular limes
1 ¼ cup low-fat graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 ½ cup plain fat-free yogurt
1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
4 tbsp. trans-fat free vegetable oil spread (60% to 70% oil)
Start with the oven preheated to 375 degrees F. In the meantime, take a 9 inch glass pie plate and mix the crumbs with sugar, spread, and salt to moisten it. Press this at the bottom and sides of the plate with your hand, and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes till it turns golden. Now let it cool till it is ready to fill up. Now take a 1-quart saucepan and add water and gelatin. After letting it stand for 2 minutes, cook on low flame till it dissolves. Then remove from heat. Take the limes and grate the peel to get about 2 teaspoons of peel grate. Squeeze the limes to get about ½ cup juice. If you are unable to get limes and have key limes then don’t use the grating of the peel since it will make it bitter. Take the lime peel grate and lime juice in a bowl and whisk it with milk and yoghurt. Finally add the gelatin mixture and whisk. Now take the crust and add the filling using a spoon within it. Cover it and refrigerate for about 2 hours to let it set. Your key lime pie is ready for everyone to taste.
