- ¼ cup of cornstarch
- ¼ cup of cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups of low-fat milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 115 grams of dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 10 tablespoons of whipped cream
- ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 4 – 5 tablespoon of sugar

How To Prepare Rich Chocolate Pudding Pie
To prepare the crust for your rich chocolate pudding pie, you need to grind the chocolate wafers until it’s ground properly. In a bowl, mix 100 grams of dark chocolate and one tablespoon of refined oil. Moreover, add the grounded chocolate wafers. Using a spatula mix this mixture until you feel like the dough is ready. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Transfer it to the 9 – inch pie plate. Press into the bottom and upside too. Freeze for at least 20 minutes or until 1 hour. But do not exceed 1 hour.
To make the filling mix ¼ cup of cocoa powder, ¼ cup of sugar, ¼ cup of cornstarch, ¼ teaspoon of salt in a large pan. Stir gently with the help of a spatula. Next add a cup of milk and two egg yolks. Then stir until it’s texture becomes smooth. By stirring continuously, cook on a medium flame until it’s thick in the texture. Add 120 grams of finely chopped dark chocolate and stir until it melts. Turn off the heat and let the pudding cool for about 5 – 7 minutes then whisk every minute to avoid a thick layer on the top. Transfer the filling on the pie crust. And let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

In a bowl with the help of an electrical whisker, beat ten tablespoons of whipped cream, four tablespoons of sugar, and ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract until it becomes fluffy.
