Heart-Shaped Brownies:

A close up of a snow covered mountain

The first valentine’s day baking recipe is heart-shaped brownies. It is super cool to give your friends or lovers chocolate in different shapes. Making this kind of brownie needs a few ingredients such as butter, sugar, chocolate, flour, and so on. Firstly, melt the butter and chocolate until everything has mixed well together; then add sugar slowly while stirring it up. At last, put in the flour a little bit and keep stirring until everything becomes smooth. Then, you can put the mixture into the baking pan with heart-shaped which has been able. After finishing this, wait for 10 minutes and it is done.

Red Velvet Cheesecake:

Cooking cheesecake is not easy, but here is a good recipe that you can follow easily. Firstly, preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease two 9 inches (23cm) springform pans and line bottoms with parchment paper. Mix cream cheese, butter, sugar, flour, and salt in a large bowl at low speed until combined well together. Increase speed to medium-high; beat 2 minutes or light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until blended between additions. Stir in vanilla and red food colouring. Pour batter into prepared pans evenly. Reduce heat to 250°F (120°C); bake for 55 minutes or until the centre is almost set. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 10-15 minutes before removing the sides of the pans. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Lovely Chocolate Brownie Hearts:

The next recipe is brownie hearts. I bet you have never tried this before. What do you think about it? If you make them, your friends will be surprised to see the chocolate with different shapes. Firstly, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9-inch cake pan. Melt butter in the microwave, then take it out and set it aside. Mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together in a large bowl until combined well together. Add egg yolk into the mixture one at a time; stir gently after each addition; then add melted butter slowly while mixing everything thoroughly. Take out the prepared springform pan which has been buttered well. Pour batter into a pan and bake for 20 minutes. After that, let cool the cake completely before you slice them into heart shapes.

Chocolate Red Velvet Cookies:

These cookies are my favourite ones with lovely chocolate and red colour. Firstly, boil sugar and butter until everything is well combined together; stir in cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt; mix flour with baking soda and salt; add this mixture gradually to wet ingredients; form the dough with spoonfuls onto a prepared cookie sheet 2 inches apart; flatten each ball with a fork twice dipped in water then chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to handle. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly firm on top but still soft inside . Cool for 5 minutes; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
