Gluten-Free Healthy Brownies
125 grams of chopped dark chocolate
50grams of softened coconut oil
Three medium-sized eggs
175grams of coconut sugar
90grams of almond flour
One-fourth cup of cocoa powder
One cup of dark chocolate chunks

Step By Step Preparation Method
Firstly heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and line baking paper in a pan.
The next step is to melt the dark chocolate. You need a heatproof bowl for that. Place the bowl on top of boiling water and pour the chocolates along with coconut oil. It will slowly meltdown. Direct heat to chocolate can burn it.
Take a big bowl and add the eggs and coconut sugar. Now take a hand mixer or a mixer with the whisk attached to its body. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly for seven to eight minutes until it becomes fluffy and increases triple in volume.

One teaspoon of vanilla extract

Half cup of chocolate chips

Firstly preheat the oven at 350 degrees and take a baking pan and line the parchment paper.
Next, take a small bowl and mix the cocoa powder, sea salt, and almond powder together. In the microwave take the chocolate and butter to mix and melt. Add sugar, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt to the mixture.
After that add the eggs one by one to the mixture and make sure that the batter is smooth. Add the dry ingredients and choco chips to whisk together.
