One and a half cup of flour

One teaspoon of baking powder

135grams of brown sugar

One large egg

A teaspoon of vanilla extract

30ml milk

Step By The Step Preparation Method

Step One

Firstly, heat the oven from before at 218 degrees Celsius. Take a muffin pan for baking. You can use cupcake liners or non-stick spray.

Step Two

Next, take a medium-size bowl and pour the baking powder, soda, cinnamon, flour, salt,  and nutmeg. Mix the ingredients. Once done, keep it to rest. Next, in a large bowl, add the bananas and mash it. You can use a mixer for better results.

Step Three

Next, on medium speed, take the eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, milk and butter to whisk together. Then, gently add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and wait to beat it until the blend combines well. You can add crushed walnuts or choc chips for taste. The batter will become thick.

Step Four

The next step is to pour the batter in the liners that were ready from before. Fill the muffin cups with the mixture to the top. Bake it for five minutes in the preheated oven and reduce the temperature by 100 degrees. Bake for fifteen to sixteen minutes more and test it with a toothpick. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

Step Five

You can keep these muffins fresh for a few days under room temperature. You can also keep it in the refrigerator for a week.
